Gary Cheng International Limited invests a property development project located in Nairobi, Republic of Kenya through Worldlion Kenya Investments Limited. We have two property projects in Nairobi, one is Rosegarden Service Apartment and the other is Victoria Service Apartment.

Rosegarden is already in service and Victoria is still under construction. They are both targeting the business travellers with short to long-term stay in Nairobi, provided with high standard facility and services, i.e. coffee shop, fitness club, rooftop swimming and pool side bar restaurant, etc.

Nairobi is the capital and the largest city of Kenya. Kenya is one of the strategic partners over One Belt, One Road. Nairobi has rebuilt and completed Mombasa–Nairobi Standard Gauge Railway in 2018 for One Belt, One Road and the railway will provide sustainable benefit to Nairobi.
